Just notice that google docs now allows to create simple presentations online.

This looks very promising, especially combined with some skype/netmeeting software to do online realtime presentation.

Still have to figure out how they deal with integrations. Some questions that pop up..
Export as S3 slideshow?
Compatible with Opera Show?
Import Open Office Presentation?
Export to slideshare?
Allow online meeting i.e Adding realtime Voice.
